Following the latest National Lockdown measures put in place earlier this week, and the increase in Covid-19 cases we have made the difficult decision to now hold this years AGM via Zoom and to cancel completely the Dinner event due to be held at the Victory Services Club on the evening of March 20th.
This event will be held on the Zoom Webinar platform and full details on how to take part in this event will be made available in early March.
Full refunds will be made to those who purchased tickets for this event. Those who paid by debit or credit card will have their payments refunded back onto the card they paid with, please allow 5-10 days for this to appear in your account. Those who paid by cheque will be contacted over the next few days to arrange their refunds.
